NE Property Scotland is interested in seeking joint venture partner investors to drive the company forward and to provide significantly higher financial returns over a short period than the banks can give.
Why Invest?
Currently bank interest rates are around 1.5% on your savings and if you consider the UK inflation rate has been on average around 4% over the last 10 years any money which you have in the bank is currently being eroded by inflation. Real life inflation figures are probably much higher than these reported figures.
We are looking for joint venture finance for short term cash investment, we can typically offer a minimum of 8% return on investment over a period of 1 year.
