NE Property Scotland was formed in 2016 by three successful businessmen who through expert training and mentorship fulfilled a vision in building a property portfolio to provide a valuable, unique service.
By creating a business model focussed on sourcing, refurbishing and developing neglected properties and commercial units the business is playing a part in assisting the current housing shortage.

We ensure that all our business in performed in line with all current legislation and all parties are treated fairly. All commercial affairs are agreed through legal contracts for peace of mind and any properties which we let or sub-let are fully insured and are made compliant with current building and letting regulations.
We operate primarily in the North East of Scotland within the east coast corridor from Aberdeen to Peterhead.
